Terms & Conditions

Purpose

These terms and conditions (T&C) govern the at-home massage and wellness services offered by Léra Concept (Spa à Domicile Marrakech) in Marrakech and its surroundings. Any booking implies full acceptance of these T&C.

Booking

Bookings are made via WhatsApp or e-mail. The appointment is confirmed once the treatment, location, date and time have been validated by us. No deposit is required: the booking is confirmed without advance payment.

Pricing

Prices are shown in dirhams (MAD), all taxes included, and are all-inclusive: travel, massage table, clean linen and oils. The rates shown on the site may change; the applicable price is the one confirmed at booking.

Payment

Payment is made in cash, in dirhams, directly to the therapist at the end of the session.

How the session works

The therapist arrives at the agreed location with the necessary equipment (professional table, clean linen, oils). A quiet, sufficient space is required. The stated duration is the actual treatment time; a short set-up and pack-down time is added.

Health and access conditions

Prenatal massage is reserved for pregnancies from the 2nd trimester and subject to a doctor's approval. The client undertakes to report any contraindication (injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery). Our services are wellness and relaxation treatments, with no medical or therapeutic purpose, and are strictly non-sexual. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop a session in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

Cancellation, rescheduling and lateness

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be notified at least 12 hours before the appointment. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 12 hours) or repeated no-shows, a deposit may be requested for future bookings. If the client is late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly to respect the following appointments.

Liability

Léra Concept does its utmost to deliver a quality service, safely. It cannot be held liable in the event of incomplete or incorrect health information provided by the client.

Any complaint may be sent to contact@spadomicilemarrakech.com. We undertake to respond as soon as possible.

Governing law

These T&C are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Marrakech.
